We want you to be totally satisfied with your SKYE shoes. If there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. If you decide that your new or unused item is not going to work out, you have up to 30 days to return your purchase.
Not sure about the best size for you? Order a couple pairs and return the ones that don’t fit at no cost for orders over $200*. We’ll refund you the difference.
*$8 shipping will be charged for orders under $200.
You may return any online purchases by following the steps below:
All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number issued by us. SKYE Footwear will not accept a return without an RMA number issued by us. Request your RMA number here.
After you have received your RMA, please pack it with the item (in the item's original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories), and ship it back to one of the following address:

Drop the item at the courier of your choice. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or Canada Post. SKYE Footwear is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Items must be received by SKYE Footwear within 10 working business days after obtaining your RMA number.
Once the return is received and inspected by the return department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
Shipping is not refunded.
Using the return label supplied will occur additional shipping charge equal to the original shipping fee.
*If an item is returned due to the manufacturing defect, shipping will not be charged.

In a hurry? You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit.
