Ways to Incorporate Athleisure Shoes at Work

Posted by Dennis Pang on

The corporate life isn't the life for us, especially when "work" clothes are involved. Ditch the heels at work and opt for sneakers. And men, ditch the dress shoes. Athleisure footwear is the way to go (depending on what kind of company you're working for of course). If you're located in Vancouver, athleisure shoes and work clothes fit the Vancouver office fashion aesthetic.

Ways to incorporate sneakers at work

Chinos Trousers and Sneakers

Chino trousers are casual, loose fitting, and best of all, go great with athleisure running shoes. Wear this outfit on a fall Monday morning and you'll look professional, and feel comfortable.

Jeans, Blazer, and Sneakers

You can still look professional on casual Fridays. Match a dark pair of jeans with a blazer and a pair of SKYE athleisure shoes for a comfortable, yet sophisticated look.

Long Sleeved Dress and Sneakers

Early fall days are perfect for long sleeved dresses—but ditch the heels and opt for athleisure shoes to dress down this outfit for a casual day at work.

Midi Skirt and Sneakers

Midi skirts are a great staple to have in your office wardrobe. You can dress a midi skirt up with heels, but you can also dress them down with a pair of athleisure shoes and a loose top for a comfortable yet stylish work outfit.

Joggers and Sneakers with a Blazer

Joggers are one of our favourite pieces to pair with athleisure shoes. What's even better is you can dress them up for work wear with a simple blazer.

Athleisure comfort doesn't have to be reserved for the gym or for running errands. Incorporate athleisure wear into your work life—it might make your work day a little more comfortable.
