Athleisure fashion is all about going back to the basics. These basic pieces will keep you comfortable and ensure you look good while you’re on-the-go.

  1. A good pair of leggings

    A pair of quality leggings is the first basic piece you need to achieve the athleisure look. You can dress them up, or you can dress them down. Match them with a comfortable pair of athleisure shoes, a long trench or a flannel, and you’re good to go!

    Jeans have always been the essential basic piece in one’s closet. A pair of nicely ripped jeans can go perfectly with your comfortable sneakers and leather jacket while you’re out on the town running errands or meeting up with friends.

    It doesn’t matter what shape or size your sunglasses are—just choose ones that suit you best! Regardless if it’s summer, the perfect sunglasses will always add to your on-the-go look.

    For the mornings when you didn’t have time to shower, the baseball cap acts as a necessary accessory to your athleisure look—in addition to hiding a bad hair day.
